Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

i conducted and experiment with oils . i added few drops of iodine to different types of oils and recorded the time taken for iodine to turn clear . How can i find out the percentage of saturated fat in the oils ? how do you think i can write a conclusion on this ?
