Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Please Help!!!! I'm doing a Biodiesel Fuel for the future project and I'm not sure how i will test it. I have all my research and now that its time for the experiment i am not sure. I want to be able to test it with plants, vegetable oils, used restaurant greases, but i just can't find a way to do so. Your help is much appreciated! Thanks!
