Hi I'm Alexa and I'm doing my 7th grade science fair project i would really appreciate if someone who could answer my questions would.
i need the questions to be answer ASAP!!!!!

1.) what exactly is a crystal?
2.) since crystals can be grown would you consider them "alive"(i know it sounds weird)?
3.)how fast do crystals form/grow?
4.)how do crystals form/grow?
5.)what are crystals made out of?
6.)are there different kinds of crystals if so what kinds of crystals are there and how many?
7.)what would you say the difference between crystals and gemstones are ?
8.)what are the main benefits of crystals?
9.)what is healing crystals?
10.)what is the difference between growing crystals and forming crystals?

I believe you will find most of your answers there. Some of the other questions that you have, such as #9, should probably be researched on wikipedia or google using those specific keywords.
