Hi, I am doing the Seebeck Effect experiment, I was not quite sure what it meant by room temperature. Is it asking for the actual room temperature or the heat/cool source's temperature? Please reply ASAP! thank you for the help!

Hi puth,
I’m assuming that you are working on the project described here:
https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... ml#summary
Yes, you want to measure the actual room temperature with a thermometer. You’ll use the temperature measurement and voltage measurement from your thermocouple to calibrate the thermocouple.
I hope this helps. Please post again if you have more questions.
