Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hey, I need help thinking of a science project but I want to do it on something having to do with Splenda....like....its composition...oorrrr somehow comparing it to sugar or equal...I dunno but something really good. If any suggestions, plz post. Thanks..

oh also..I kinda had an idea of making a sugar substitute as my project, which I'm not too sure about but even if I was, how would I go about doing that? Thanks again.
