Question about simple motor project for size of magnet

Does it matter what size of neodymium magnet is used for the project "Use Super-strong Magnets to Make a Simple Motor" ?

The size and shape of the magnet will have an effect on the overall B field used in equation 1 of the experiment. Here's a list of calculation based on the shape and dimension of the magnet:
