Need advise

My project is no til vs plowed farming. The weather forecast in my area shows no warm and sunny days for 2 months. Can I use heat lamp and warm room to mimic the sun as a warm day?
You would be cutting out a lot of other variables, for example:
* Temperature swings from day/night cycles
* Movement and angle of the sun
* Water saturation from rain on the differing soil surfaces
* Impact of wind on soil moisture
Not to mention, unattended heat lamps can be a fire hazard. It's been awhile since you posted. Did you pick a different topic, wait for better weather, or try your indoor approach? -ER
