Sound Speed

I know that sound travels at 800 mph and i know this effect not sure the name or if its even named but this effect for example is if you're in a car traveling 80 mph and shot a bullet out the car the bullets speed would be the speed it was shot out plus the speed of the car. So my question is if you lets say put a speaker in front of a jet going faster the 800 mph and projected sound out the speaker wouldn't the sound go faster then 800 mph? If so what would it be like for sound to break the sound barrier? lol if possible.
