10 Trials?

I Chose this project to do for the Science fair, but why do we have to execute 10 trials in this experiment? Wouldn't we get the same result? :?:

Hi JoeyLines,
One of the reasons that you would want to repeat this experiment in multiple trail is that you want to make that your result is consistent and not a fluke. In this particular experiment where the timing is "keyed" to the metronome, it's conceivable that the timing could be off during the experiment. Running it 10 times will allow you to spot the problem data.
