Electromagnetic radiation

I am planning on exposing prokaryotes and eukaryotes to the electromagnetic spectrum of radiation. Does anyone have ideas on how I can separate out the waves to expose the microbes to only specific wavelengths? For instance, I will put them under a vetrernay x-ray machine (or one I make) but in the process the microbes will receive other radiation I think. I need a source for radio waves, microwaves, infrared light, visible light, ultraviolet light, X-rays, and maybe gamma rays. Hudson
