about greentea

I decided the topic for my science research this year.
It is "Can greentea chelate iron in the plant that has iron chlorosis?"
Since greentea is potent natural iron chelator, my hypothesis is that greentea will chelate the iron in the plant that has iron chlorosis.
I am wondering is there any way that I can enhance my project, is there any thing that I have to be careful about, or is there any important thing that I should know before I start my experiment?
