Designing a fair test

Hello, I need help designing a fair test for humidity and temperature as to how they both affect the heart rate. Thank you.

It sounds like you have two independent variables: temperature and humidity. In many science fair projects, it's a good idea to only have one independent variable. In order to have a fair test, you need to isolate the effects of temperature and humidity. You would need a way to keep humidity constant while changing the temperature of a room, but you would also need a way to keep the temperature constant while varying the humidity of a room.
My suggestion would be to select only one of these variables and design your experiment around that single independent variable. One final note - it sounds like your project will involve people or other animals. Make sure that you have appropriate approvals and safety checks in place before starting your experiment. Your teacher should be able to help you with that.
