I'm doing a crime scene science project I'm trying to figure out how to try to find out the fastest way to identify a blood test knowing the person that did the crime

Hello there,

DNA fingerprinting uses enzymes that cut DNA at specific sites. This can be used to examine multiple samples and match against a crime scene sample. This link explains a bit more about how to carry out this project (using a kit from Biorad): https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... cs#summary
