Relative velocity

Dear all, can you please help me with this question.
thanking you in advance.

A plane is seen travelling eastward at an airspeed of 455km/h. Wind is blowing southward at 92 km/h.
(a) Calculate the velocity of the plane relative to the ground.
(b) If the airspeed is the same, calculate the direction in which the plane must head in order to move due east relative to the earth.
(c) Calculate the plane’s eastward speed in part (b).
(d) A second plane is moving in a direction of 35o east of north (away from origin) with a speed of 505km/h. Find the velocity of this plane relative to the first plane as considered in part (b).

Thank you for your questions. Do these relate to a science fair project? This site is primarily devoted to helping with science fair projects and tries not to get involved in answering homework questions, which these seem like they are. Homanshu - Pilots use an E6B calculator (a form of circular slide rule) to solve this and many related problems. Read up on how the E6B works to get a better understanding of wind/speed/direction issues. Here is an 'on-line' calculator you can access. http://www.csgnetwork.com/e6bcalc.html
