I'd like to do Ames test for my science project. Hope someone can help me with the following questions.
1. Can anyone please give some pointer where I can get Ames Test Kit with reasonable price?
2. For Ames test, is Ecoli as effective as Salmonella? I think I can only use Ecoli due to lab constraint.
3. Is S9 Enzyme usually needed for Ames Test to be working? Where can I get S9 Enzyme?
