The difference between human hepatocytes and human gastrointestinal cells

Same as the title. It is hard to distinguish these cells, especially for human hepatocytes. Need your help. Thanks!

Can you please take a minute to give a little more information.
What difference are you talking about--appearance of cells under the microscope? Metabolic function?
Why do you have liver cells and stomach cells together?
Why are you trying to distinguish the two types of cells?
Have you tried using a stain to distinguish them? I would expect the periodic acid-Schiff stain (
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Periodic_ ... hiff_stain) to give a different color for hepatocytes.
