Hello, for my science fair topic my partner and I are researching the cloning of plant cells. We would like to know more about cloning in general and truly understand how cloning works genetically. We have some questions and would be thankful for some answers.

1. How does the rate of neonatal deaths (of animals) in clones compare to other animals?
2. Since the cloning process of plants is relatively natural and safe, is it the same with animals? Are cloned animals safe to
eat?
3. Plant cloning has many advantages such as providing food and oxygen, but what are some disadvantages? Can the cloning
of plants become harmful?
4. Although cloning can be helpful, even to humans, is it always ethical? Why or why not?
5. Is it biologically possible to clone a full grown human being? Scientists have tried to clone embryos for wanting parents,
but is it possible to do so with the parents genes AND no deficiencies?
