Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi I'm having trouble figuring out where to start when it comes to hacking a website using an SQL Injection. I have read up on what commands to use as well as watched videos of other people performing this type of attack.I have created a virtual machine through science buddies that has a website made by them specifically for this project. The problem is I can't figure how to attack the website when it shows the login page. Could you please give me some direction so that I can start my science project.

I did this project and had trouble here as well. I eventually found the answer after google searching for how to get past a password using sql injection, I found my answer. Hope this helps!
