Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi, How would I go about transforming about 10^10 Watts at 100kA and 100kV to a lower voltage that can be used in other home projects, such as Tesla coils, electromagnetic accelerators, etc

I realise this is quite an unusual request but I'm struggling quite a lot with finding any solutions, even a way to convert lower power inputs would be appreciated.
