I have a question about the What Materials Can Block a WiFi Signal? science project. Is it necessary for the WiFi analyzer app to tell the WiFi strength in dBms, because the app I have tells it in Mbps :?:. The project is also due in about 4 days so can I please get an answer before then? Some title suggestions would be helpful to .

Hi Ash,

Yes, you should use a WiFi analyzer that shows signal strength in dBms. Or you could use one that shows RSSI or “received signal strength indication”.

I hope this helps. Please ask again if you have more questions.
