Hello heirah,
I'm glad to hear that you are interested in Fungi and fertilizer. I am very interested in those topics myself. Before I can offer much advice, I have a few question:

Do you mean "Bracket fungi" which many people know as "shelf fungi"?

What do you mean by "extract the sample which is Braket fungi"? Can you please give more details about what you are planning to do for this experiment? For example, do you plan to use a particular species of fungus? How do you plan to use the fertilizer from this fungus?

Have you run a web search (for example using google.com) for "fertilizer" to find out the basic information about what nutrients are required by most plants? Macronutrients include nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium. There are many micronutrients. Different plants have different fertilizer demands.

Looking forward to hearing more about your project,
Chris

heirah,
I just realized that this is the fifth time that you have posted a question about fungus and fertilizer, and the second time that I have replied! Before you open a new thread, please respond to the experts who have taken their time to answer your previous questions. You will get much better help that way.
Chris
