Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I'm doing a high school science fair project and I don't know what to do!!! Should I make a bioplastic out of used coffee and peanut shells or used coffee and crab/clam shells? And where do I find a science fair mentor that specializes in bioplastics and a lab to work on my experiment???
