Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I have a science fair project assignment due Nov.9th and I need help identifying my control group and constants? Overview of my project: 3 pears are being placed in a countertop and another three in my fridge. (One will be wrapped in food wrapping, second wrapped in aluminum foil, and the last one unwrapped) I will be testing the effect of temperature in fruit spoilage. Thank you for reading.... Please help as soon as possible
