Science project in danger-pls help?

Hi,
I am currently involved in a project where we are trying to show blood clotting in a BIOARTIFICIAL KIDNEY and a way to solve it by incorporating AI into the system.
1)What can I use to make something similar looking to blood that can clot in the tubes gradually and can be detected?
2)As mentioned, we are planning on incorporating AI onto the artificial kidney-Do you have any suggestions for long lasting electronics that can be used for the microchip that will be installed?
3)Is there any device with blood clots can be detected that can be attached IN the body and has a very long lifespan?
