Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I work in pubs and have always seen and wondered why there is Vaseline in the sides, I asked and was told it was to stop people doing cocaine.
I always thought it would not stop just deter people so I started researching the ingredients of cocaine to find something that could cause a reaction and deem the drug useless.
I thought of a substance being placed, in a spray bottle and sprayed onto the sides so when cocaine is placed it immediately reacts creating a pulp.
The ingredients include caustic soda, acetone, ammonia, hydroclohric acid and other chemicals but I cannot think of any dried substance that will react visciously with cocaine please help!
