Unfortunately, I still do not understand the basic plans for your project, or the exact meaning of your question. It would be very helpful if you could give additional information about your plans for this project. Do you want to extract nutrients from the fruiting body (the "mushroom") of the fungus? If so, is there a reason that you would want to extract nutrients from the mushroom rather than grinding up the the whole mushroom and adding it to soil?

we would like to make a organic fertilizer out of bracket fungi. so we'd like to extract the nutrients of bracket fungi and apply it to a plant to see whether our organic fertilizer effective. we don't know what are the processes in extracting a fungi..................

can you help us how to extract the nutrients of bracket fungi????
what are possible processes in making a bio-organic fertilizer??

Have you considered composting the mushrooms?

Do you need to limit your fertilizer ingredients to this particular mushroom, or can you add other ingredients also?

we can also different ingredients to make our bio-oorganic fertillizer better...

You will want a specific carbon to nitrogen (C/N) ratio, which I am not going to tell you, but you can find it on this web page, along with some other important information.

I do not know the C/N ratio of bracket fungi, but I expect it is high. If so, you will need to add some materials that are rich in N. Here is a table of C/N ratios of various organic materials
