Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

This my first year doing the science fair. I want to be sure I'm using the correct ISEF categories for my students projects: One is comparing different types of skittles as they dissolve, then other is on how to keep apples from browning. Any suggestions which categories they should use?

Hi Regina - You've posted in the grades K-5 forums. Are you asking about science fair projects for students in grades K-5? ISEF is for students in grades 9-12.
