I have a few questions regarding maglev trains for my science project and would like to contact an expert. What makes maglev vehicles safer than other means of transportation? What also makes them eco-friendly?

What design in maglev trains allows them to move so quickly? Are maglev trains financial feesable in the near future with their extremely high costs?
