inductive electricity

I was looking into wireless charging and I was wondering if it was possible to have "two way" wireless charging? as an example: there are three components to this, a wireless charging "station", a totally encased battery, and a smartphone. would it be possible to wirelessly charge the battery and then have it charge a smartphone wirelessly?

To make the situation more tangible, lets apply it to cybernetic implants...a battery is implanted in under the skin with an induction coil, and is thus inaccessible, would it be possible to charge the battery wirelessly and when its done, being able to charge a phone with the battery?

thank you for your time and consideration.

Hi,

This would be theoretically possible, although inefficient in practice (using current technology).
