Unfortunately, this question violates the interview rules and I cannot answer them directly. These are questions you should do research on for your project. An example on how to do this is to look up the ingredients and find articles discussing how they might affect aging and by what mechanism.
You may also want to design some experiments to determine for yourself if they do or do not affect the aging processes that they claim to.
