Password Security: How Easily Can Your Password Be Hacked?

Hi,
I am attempting to run the given program (crack_password.py) and I am opening it in IDLE. However, Python closes by the time I get to the point where I can run the program (as in I type no, 0, and enter, and then it crashes). I have the latest version (3.7.3), and all of my files are in the same folder.
Can you help me fix this?
