What equipment or materials do I need to measure the amount of second hand smoke in a room?

Nevertheless, this is no trivial task, and even when the researchers have isolated Nicotine as a bio marker in their experiment, the exact procedure can still get complex.
What grade are you in, and what kind of facilities do you have in school? Will you have much support from your science teacher?
