Hi,
I am new to this group. I am researching on biofilms and trying to find a way to quantify viable bacteria from a Pseudomonas biofilm. How can I do it?

Hi,
I am still exploring my project options.
I wanted to use Staphylococcus bacteria, but, do not have access to BSL 2 lab to experiment with Staph aureus.
Instead, if I use Staph epidermidis, it is BSL 1. But, can I make a fair evaluation/ comparison to Staphylococcus aureus after I derive results from testing antibiotic effectiveness on Staphylococcus epidermidis?
Thank you!
