help with efllux pumps

I would like to conduct an experiment regarding efflux pump inhibition. could you please give me some ideas as how i would go about it in a high school lab? Thank you
This is a tough project.
You could try to get your hands on some efflux pump antagonists and test to see if it decreases antibiotic resistance in bacteria.
