Paper plane competition

Hi,
In a few weeks time I will be competing in a family paper plane competition. My Uncle will be attending and he is a very competitive man. He lives in Sydney and is well connected so I would not be surprised if he contacts a friend from an embassy in Canberra.
So I am wondering what I can do to make an ultimate paper plane?
Thanks! :D

Hey there!

For future reference, this forum is to be used for questions about science fair projects.

For your specific question, Science Buddies has some Project Guides regarding paper planes. You can find these resources using the search bar at the top of your screen or with the orange "Project Guide" tab. You can also conduct an internet search... Google has tons of paper plane experts!

Have fun at your competition!

Emma

Hello!

Hmm I actually participated in a paper airplane flying competition once. One idea would be to look at current/past Guinness World Record holders for paper airplane flight time, height in air, or length traveled. There are some cool videos of flights as well as tutorials to make these record-holding planes on the internet.

I hope this helped! :)
