Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

For my chem class we are supposed to design a way to Change oils into biofuel, I have been studying this for about a week and a have and I don’t even know where to start, I just need help figuring out how to start designing this, mostly materials involved, as we need to get the more expensive ones to our teach this week. Please help quickly!!!
