Does this look like the right graph for the area of an LDR and the resistance?

HaplessHarry - I think you are referring to a photo resistor or "light decreasing resistance" (LDR). Most experiments will try to establish the resistance value as a function of light falling on the cell. I'm a bit confused about the reference to 'area' although you might be working on light density possibly expressed in lumens per unit of area. As Amy suggested, let us know what experiment you are working on and I'm sure we can be of more help.
