How could I study the anti-cancer and anti-bacterial effects of hibiscus plants or white-fleshed pitahaya?

There is a simple project: (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... s-bacteria)
as well as kit for testing just about any compound's effect on bacterial growth right here on ScienceBuddies! Just replace the treatment groups in the project with your own.

Hello!
I found a paper online that discusses how to measure the anti-cancer activity in medicinal plants (link: https://www.researchgate.net/publicatio ... r_Activity). It includes a Methods and Materials section that discusses how they performed the experiment. I also found a forum (link: https://www.researchgate.net/post/Does_ ... compounds2) that explains several methods for finding anti-cancer activity. Hope this helps!
