Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

I really need help for a science project.
I really want to do something with blood sugar and blood pressure but can't think of something.
I wanted to test if violent video games can effect your blood pressure because there is lots of kids that play these violent games and some of that violent activities that they see in the game may influence them to do violent things or just to have a huge change in mood.

But I don't really think this will work. Some people say topics that has to do with blood pressure on video games, music and so on, are topics that has to be avoided.
Please I need another topic!!!!

One idea I found concerning blood pressure is the project “Under Pressure: Does a Child's Blood Pressure Depend on His or Her Age?” (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... n-age#help). In the “Make It Your Own” section, it mentions that you could also test blood pressure based on gender, height, or sphygmomanometer (cuff size).

Another project idea I found concerning blood sugar is “Blood Sugar Balancing Act: How Exercise Tips the Scales” (https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science- ... background) in which you monitor how exercise affects glucose levels in the body.
