If we know that ethanol kills SARS-Cov-2 virus (the virus that causes COVID-19) and we know that it is possible to use ethanol vapor as an inhalation (See the paper at
https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC6143144/) Then does it make sense that administering ethanol via vapor inhalation might mitigate the effects of the SARS-Cov-2 virus? How might this be deployed effectively?

Hi - The Ask an Expert forums are designed for students working on K-12 science projects -- either for school assignments or as part of family science exploration at home during school closures.
I am not sure of the context of your question, but it sounds like you may want to consider posting in a general science forum instead.
(As a related note, the forums are monitored by a team of volunteers who help field student questions. If you are interested in this program, please let me know.)
