Fructose Intolerance

Hello,
I've been looking everywhere but can't find any answers/resources for my questions and need answers ASAP;

What is the specific cell cycle for the fructose intolerance gene?

How does the cell go through mitosis? (normally or abnormally)

does blood type matter when passing on the gene?

can you pass on the gene via monohybrid crossing?

If one has this disease/gene is it continuous or discontinuous variation?

Thank you so much for the help

Can you provide more information about the school project you are working on -- and the kinds of research you have already done?

Each student has a specific genetic disease to research and make a video about. Mine is Congenital Fructose intolerance
These are the criteria;
Describe the normal cell cycle for the specific cell the disease affects (G1,S,G2)
Discuss how the cell goes through mitosis (normally and abnormally)
Show how you would determine if someone can pass on the disease to the next generation via Monohybrid crossing
Discuss if blood type matters to passing on the disease
Show if having this disease is continuous or discontinuous variation and how do you determine the difference.

and the only useful resource I've found is https://ghr.nlm.nih.gov/condition/hered ... ntolerance#
which goes in-depth what fructose intolerance is but not the specific information I'm meant to be looking for above.

Thank you.
