Known: weight: 190lb
Psi of tire: 31
Distance object bounced up from tire:24 inches

A 190 lb ball hits a tire at 31psi and bounces 24 inches in the air.

Is there a physics equation that would tell me the force at which the ball hits the tire?

Hi Bhegtvya,

If you know the area of contact between the ball and the tire, you can use: Pressure * Area = Force
