Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hello! Recently, I've been assigned the task of submitting a Science Fair Topic and I've chosen the following: "Will an alcohol-based hand sanitizer disinfect a surface better compared to regular household rubbing alcohol?" Unfortunately, I've been having some trouble in coming up with a proper procedure to follow and apply to this experiment. I would greatly appreciate any suggestions.
