Manipulating sound files
I am having troubles with creating a program code to manipulate sound files.
Where can I find websites that will give me ideas on how to manipulate sound files using visual basic programming.

If you are trying to write your own software, we would recommend doing some searches for tututorials for visual basic that might tie into sound files. We don't have projects using visual basic at Science Buddies for something like this.
