Science Buddies: "Ask an Expert"

Hi I am doing a survey to find out why people are hesitant in taking the covid vaccine and I just needed an expert to determine if the questions where good enough and if there were any areas of improvement.I was also wondering if adding pictures to the survey would be more effective.Thank you for at least taking the time to read this
