Need some help with this electrolyte experiment

So the first part of my experiment was to measure the electric charge of electrolytes (at 200mA on a multimeter) at differing gram amounts:
5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30, 35,40, 45, 50
and my results were as following:
10.5
12.6
13.4
15.2
16.3
18.7
16.9
16.5
13.8
13.2

is this correct as it feels incorrect. And each time I re-measure the bowls of aqueous electrolyte solution it has a large differing charge then what I previously measured it. ie. 13.5 turns to 18.7

Hannibal84 - When you say you are measuring 'charge' I think of voltage potential being measured. You said you are measuring on a 200 mA scale on the multimeter, so you are measuring current, not voltage, or charge. Depending on the electrode materials and the electrolyte, the process of electrolysis may actually be generating microscopic hydrogen and oxygen gas elements on the electrodes that is reducing current measured over a short time.
