Do you have access to Excel? That's my favorite program for making spreadsheets. Here's a link to a tutorial that explains how to use Excel if you're new to the program.

Hi! As I know, our fears and worries tend to subside with age. Our organism stops to produce so much adrenaline to fuel our fears and they stop troubling us.
