Sure, you should be able to do these calculations with any standard calculator. As long as the calculator does multiplication and division, that's all you need to do the math in this experiment. If you scroll down to the Technical Note underneath the Analyzing Your Results section, it explains the four equations you need to enter into your calculator to figure out your transformation efficiency.
