Hi, i was trying to write a paper about "Nesidioblastosis" i had to pretty much focus on "the effect on blood sugar on patients with this disease after the meal and when waking up in the morning....Any suggestion or any information based on the blood sugar level and how it affects the blood sugar level in the body would be appreciated..
Thanks.

In the first article listed the discussion of Why is blood sugar checked at home? at:
http://www.medicinenet.com/diabetes_mellitus/page5.htm

covers most of the details you should need to understand blood sugar levels over time and why the variances are dangerous.

I am not an expert on diabetes so I can only help by providing guidance to sources of real expertise.
