Phospholipids in a non-polar substance

In class, we were recently taught that in water, phospholipids form a lipid bilayer with the polar heads touching water and the non-polar tails facing each other.
In that case, if we were to put phospholipids in a non-polar substance, would the polar heads face each other and the non-polar tails face the non-polar substance?
